1. What are your fees?

SoOT charges the recommended NDIS rate of $193.99 per hour Monday to Friday (Please talk to us if you request for Saturday's sessions).

2. Where are you located?

SoOT provides mobile Occupational Therapy services, meaning we deliver sessions to client's home and school/ preschool/ childcare. Please contact your child's school to confirm if it is possible to complete an Occupational Therapy session within the school environment.

3. How long is an Occupational Therapy session?

Occupational Therapy sessions are 60 minutes (50 minutes face to face and 10 minutes non face to face/ progress notes).

4. Can I request for an Occupational Therapist with Chinese speaking?

Absolutely!!! Our Occupational Therapists are available in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Please get in touch to learn more.

5. How do I book an appointment?

6. What is your cancellation policy?

Your appointment time has been reserved for your child. We require cancellation at least 24 hours before a booked appointment since the therapy is prepared ahead of the actual therapy time. Your therapist is happy to reschedule the session if needed. Please talk to your therapist if you need to reschedule your appointment.
