About us:

• We are a mobile occupational therapy practice.

• We provide client-centred services to our clients, meaning we focus on the client's needs and abilities to make changes in his/her life.

• We are able to speak and understand English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

• We have experiences working with children from Chinese and Asian backgrounds.

SoOT provides support in the following areas:

• Motor skills (Fine and Gross): Poor coordination and strength

• Handwriting: Immature pencil grasp and illegible handwriting

• Sensory processing: Problems with taking in information from their senses and appropriately responding to the demands

• Self-care skills: Difficulties with brushing teeth, showering, dressing, toileting, shaving and personal hygiene

• Life skills training: Difficulties with money management/ shopping skills, cooking skills and taking public transport

• Play and social skills: Problems with initiating play, making friends and maintaining back-and-forth interaction

• Emotional regulation: Difficulties with expressing emotions and feelings

• Visual perception: Inability to interpret and understand the visual information

• Attention and concentration: Short attention span and problems with focusing in school

• Picky eating
